2. Services Provided

2.1 Lawn Maintenance

Regular mowing, edging, and fertilizing to ensure a healthy and aesthetically pleasing lawn.

2.2 Planting Services

Selection and installation of plants suitable for the Docklands climate, including seasonal flowers and trees.

2.3 Pruning and Trimming

2.4 Landscaping

Design and implementation of landscaping projects, incorporating pathways, garden beds, and water features.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for our gardening services is due as follows:

Invoicing: Clients will receive an invoice upon completion of services or on a monthly basis for ongoing services.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer, credit card, and electronic payments.
Late Payments: A late fee may be applied to overdue payments after a grace period of 14 days.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with the following conditions:

Notice Period: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds: Refunds for prepaid services will be processed within 30 days of cancellation, excluding any applicable fees.

5. Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality gardening services, our liability is limited as follows:

Property Damage: We are responsible for any damage directly resulting from our services. Such claims must be reported within 7 days.
Personal Injury: We are not liable for any personal injuries arising from the use of our services unless caused by our negligence.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, or acts of government.

6. Compliance with Laws

We adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal laws governing gardening services in Docklands. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their property complies with local regulations, including permits and zoning laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Docklands is located. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this area.

8. Amendments

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the Agreement under the following conditions:

Client Termination: Clients may terminate the Agreement by providing written notice in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Service Provider Termination: We may terminate the Agreement if a client breaches any terms of the Agreement or engages in conduct that disrupts the provision of services.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due, and services will cease immediately.

10. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing gardening services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content created as part of our landscaping and gardening services, including designs and plans, remain the intellectual property of our company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

12. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the misuse of our services or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and our gardening services in Docklands, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

15. Acceptance

By engaging our gardening services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
